Why do we need an Online Business Directory?
The Online Business Directory was one product of the Regional Economic Leakage Study which identified key findings for SFNS' member First Nations. This study looked at Economic Leakage which is spending on goods and services outside of our territories. One strategy to recapture money spent outside of our communities is to buy First Nations products and services whenever possible. This is where the Online Business Directory will be a helpful guide to both the purchaser and the business intending to sell a product and/or service.
