2023-24 Mentored Administrative Assistants with Lori Fisher, Executive Assistant
|
The Administration Department plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of SFNS, providing essential services to both internal departments and our member First Nations. From reception and document preparation to IT support, meeting coordination, and event logistics, the team ensures smooth operations across the organization. In addition to internal coordination, the department responds to requests from member First Nations, developing templates, conducting historical research, and assisting with other priorities as needed.
As a part of our commitment to capacity building, we continue to create opportunities for youth from our member First Nations through mentored and summer student positions. These opportunities allow youth to gain valuable experience through on-the-job training and support. |
