An essential aspect of the service delivery performed by SFNS is the continued monitoring and analysis of program activities/operations.  Specifically, SFNS reviews and monitors its programming to ensure adherence to the mission statement(s), goal(s) and objective(s) defined at the outset of the program(s) implementation.

Throughout constructive communication with program directors, staff, and program recipients, the Southern First Nation Secretariat is able to diligently gauge the effectiveness of their program delivery and improve their programming to better service their member First Nations.
